COVID-19 Restrictions and Responsibilities:

Individuals with COVID-19 symptoms must isolate for 10 days.

Those directed to self-isolate by health authorities must comply.

Travelers or contacts of COVID-19 cases must isolate for 14 days.

Students must wear face masks; no lessons or tests without masks.
School Policies:

Students must dress appropriately and carry their Learner’s License.

No unauthorized passengers during lessons.
-
Standby road tests charged at package rate + $100/hr after 1st hour.

$100 fee for using personal car for road test.

Sufficient funds needed for ICBC road test fees.
-
No refunds for completed lessons; prices subject to change.

5% GST applicable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:

48-hour notice for cancellations/rescheduling via email.

Cancellations less than 48 hours = $40 + GST; less than 24 hours = full charge.
Refund Policy (Package Lesson):

Cancellation after 1st lesson incurs individual lesson charges.

48-hour notice required for rescheduling; $40 processing fee applies.
Late and No Show:

No-shows forfeit lesson; late arrivals charged full duration.

Instructors wait 20 mins; cancellation thereafter with no refund or rescheduling
